By creating a brand account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions Brands
Subscription
A valid subscription is required to browse influencers and create campaigns. Subscription fees are non‑refundable.
Campaign Creation
Brands must clearly specify all campaign requirements.
Booking & Payment
Upon influencer acceptance, the campaign amount is placed on hold.
Review & Approval
Brands must review submissions within 3 days. If no action is taken, content becomes automatically approved.
Refunds
Refunds apply only under failure or violation by the influencer.
Disputes
Handled by Bloom Operations. Decisions are final.
Prohibited Activities
Including harassment, requesting illegal content, or off‑platform payments.
Liability
Brands are responsible for all requested content.
Brand Cancellation Policy
Pre‑Acceptance: free cancellation anytime before influencer accept.
Post‑Acceptance Cooling Period (12 hours): full refund minus 10% admin fee.
After execution begins (visit or content prep): no refund; full amount released to influencer.
After content submission: cancellation not permitted.
If brand does not review content within 3 days: automatic approval.
